Job DescriptionThe customer service / inside sales position communicates with customers and internal groups to ensure accurate and on-time delivery of daily B2B sales orders. Orders are entered into our ERP software. Ideal candidate is bilingual in English and one or more of Chinese / Thai / Vietnamese to serve our Thai and Vietnamese clientele.
